Analyst, Sales / Replenishment

Julie joined the High Impact team in July 2022 as a Business Analyst. She grew up in Bentonville, AR and graduated from the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville with a General Business Bachelor’s degree.

Julie brings 22 years of experience in Sales Analytics and Category Management, supporting the national brands of M&M Mars, Bausch & Lomb, Del Monte Foods, Big Heart Pet Brands, Smucker, and Frito Lay/PepsiCo. Her Walmart and Sam’s Club analytics spans all areas of Pet Food & Treats along with Consumer Packaged Goods. She advised in all areas of Baking Mixes, Flour, Oil, Pancake Syrup & Mix, and most recently, supported Salty Snacking through Walmart’s Self-Check Out Front-End Transformation project.

Over the course of her career, Julie has developed key strengths within category insights, fact-based selling, modular design and efficiencies, retail analytics, new item launches, pricing and promotion strategies, and project management.

Julie resides in Bella Vista, AR with her college sweetheart/husband, Greg, and their son, Ryan. They enjoy camping, paddle boarding, gardening and golf.
