Scott joins us with 20+ years in CPG between Hormel Foods and Kerry Taste & Nutrition. He brings with him a category mindset after 8+ years of leading an advisor team across 11 different categories at Walmart, as well as experience in developing, commercializing and launching private brand innovations in partnership with Walmart and Sam’s Club product development & sourcing teams. Prior to that, Scott held direct account responsibilities with Stater Brothers Markets as well as Alberton’s & Kroger banners.

The Nemec family (wife Kaye; children Brayden & Lyla) have called Bentonville home for the past decade and are heavily involved in school athletics, while also serving in their local church. When he’s not in the office, Scott can be found running the Coler trail or supporting all things Wisconsin sports at the college and pro level.
