Joe joined the High Impact team in May of 2025 as a Client Growth Manager. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, working with brands that sell into Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Costco. Prior to his time in CPG, Joe spent eight years in the financial sector with Charles Schwab.

His background includes account management in both eCommerce and brick-and-mortar retail, along with a strong focus on shopper insights. Joe is passionate about helping clients grow their business through strategic planning and thoughtful execution.

Joe lives in Bentonville, AR, after spending several years in Colorado. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, gravel racing, skiing, and climbing 14ers. He values time with family and friends and is grounded by his faith.
