Candice joined the High Impact team in early 2023. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Masters in Business Administration. Candice has 10 years of account management experience helping CPG companies grow sales through strategic partnerships with Walmart and Sam's Club. In 2017, Candice founded Illuminate Leadership and enjoyed partnering with executives to encourage their personal and professional goals.

In her role as Sales Coordinator, Candice enjoys developing processes for organizational efficiency, coordinating sales activities, and offering support to the High Impact Growth Team to ensure our clients are served with excellence.

Candice lives in Bentonville, Arkansas with her husband and two children. She enjoys pickleball, reading, yoga, snail mail, and iced lattes.
